Why Independent Technical Advising

Deliverables include written architecture assessments, target designs, and design documents at the level of detail the engagement requires.

AI-Integrated Software Engineering

Advisory on integrating agentic and AI-assisted development into an organization’s engineering practice. The work covers two cases: a proactive engagement in which leadership wants to adopt AI-integrated engineering deliberately rather than let it accumulate ad hoc, and a remediation engagement in which AI-driven development has outpaced the practice and the resulting code, while plentiful, is no longer something the team can confidently maintain or extend.

How We Work

An engagement begins with a scoping conversation that defines the question and identifies the artifacts to be examined. Cyberonix then conducts a targeted review of the relevant material: codebase, version control history, design and architecture documents, and project records. Members of the team are interviewed where doing so would sharpen the analysis. The output is written: an independent assessment, a set of recommendations, an architecture or design document, or a remediation roadmap, depending on the question.

Executive technology advising engagements do not produce expert reports or sworn testimony; the audience is the company’s leadership rather than counsel and the court, and the deliverable is calibrated accordingly. Engagement length spans a wide range. A short single-session review can be enough for a board or an investor to spot-check a specific question. A practice overhaul or a major architectural assessment typically runs over multiple months, with interim deliverables and decision points scoped at the start.
